Presidente Kennedy, No. 1160, Morada do Sol neighborhood, CEP No. 64\.056\-375, Teresina (PI), is a non-profit social organization with private legal personality, recognized as a public utility and socially relevant entity by State Decree No. 12\.286/06 and Municipal Decree No. 14\.526/14\. **CLAUSE ONE – OBJECT** **1\.1** Associação Reabilitar, through this Notice, publicly announces the opening of the Simplified Selection Process, aimed at hiring a professional for the position of **General Services Assistant**, to work on the New Dona Evangelina Rosa Maternity Hospital Project – NMDER in Teresina – PI. **CLAUSE TWO – MAIN DUTIES OF THE POSITION** **2\.1 MAIN DUTIES OF THE GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT POSITION FOR WORK AT THE NEW DONA EVANGELINA ROSA MATERNITY HOSPITAL – NMDER** * Embody the organizational identity of Associação Reabilitar; * Provide courteous and efficient service, suggesting procedural improvements when such procedures are inconsistent with required practices to ensure service quality and standards established by the organization; * Participate in training programs developed by the institution; * Perform concurrent cleaning or terminal cleaning, according to the Standard Operating Procedure (POP) for cleaning each area; * Clean wards and other hospital sectors, ensuring a clean and safe environment; * Restock hand hygiene supplies and waste disposal bags in sectoral trash bins; * Comply with scheduled sectoral laundry rotations as per assigned shift schedule and keep schedules updated and signed; * Respond promptly to sectoral calls; * Maintain the Cleaning Materials Depot (DML) organized and clean; * Restock sectoral materials such as toilet paper, paper towels, alcohol-based hand rub, and soap; * Clean alcohol gel and soap dispensers in all sectors; * Clean stairs, windows, floors, and walls in all sectors; * Sanitize corridors, stairs, and elevators; * Clean sidewalks, gardens, and sewers of the maternity hospital; * Sanitize and organize the functional trolley; * Return all unused materials received during the shift to respective sectors at the end of the shift; * Carry out any other duties related to the position, as required by the area and directed by the immediate supervisor. **CLAUSE THREE – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION** * Completed Elementary Education; * Minimum six months’ experience in the field. **CLAUSE FOUR – POSITION DETAILS** * Salary: R$ 1\.639,44; * Hazardous work allowance (20% of the current minimum wage); * On-site meals. * Transportation allowance; **CLAUSE FIVE – STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS** * Curriculum analysis; * Competency-based interview; * Interview with the area manager.
