If you identify with this profile, take a look at what we have for you! **Responsibilities and duties** You will be part of our team as a Construction Foreman, being responsible for: * Leading the site supervisor and the entire operation, ensuring synergy between operations and coordination during daily activities, with quality, aiming to achieve proposed goals and effective communication. * Ensuring construction execution according to the project, by verifying operational activities performed by direct or third-party workers, as well as controlling, organizing and applying materials in their designated locations as previously established. * Promoting compliance with production targets set by the Production Coordinator, guaranteeing quality and operational execution timelines, as well as contributing to the implementation of occupational safety measures. * Organizing work fronts according to instructions and requests from the Production Coordinator. * Verifying service execution to ensure quality and deadlines. * Interpreting technical drawings and applying them to construction sites. * Implementing and enforcing subordinates' adherence to occupational safety prevention methods, systems and waste management practices. * Reporting to the Production Coordinator all information related to the progress of work fronts. * Conducting weekly meetings to align project schedules, provide general feedback to the team, assign weekly tasks, identify training needs and requirements, aiming at capacity building, development, continuous improvement and achievement of results. * Managing personnel by identifying training and development needs, daily routines, performance evaluations, and providing feedback to keep the team motivated, developing, and aligned with the company's mission, vision, values and culture. * Performing other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Complete Elementary Education Training as Construction Foreman 2 or more years in this position or related roles Ability to read and interpret projects Basic mathematical calculations – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
