This person leads key store operational activities such as product receiving, inventory management, product display, cash handling, and more—in other words, the conductor who organizes the midfield. Offering human-centered, high-quality customer service and maintaining immaculate stores is part of our heritage. Therefore, the main mission of a 1A99 Store Leader is to organize the store operator team to foster a welcoming and well-organized environment where our customers can discover their favorite finds. #### **Responsibilities:** * Execute store operations together with the operator team; * Perform cash register opening and closing; * Conduct daily meetings with the Operator team; * Monitor sales performance; * Manage conflicts and provide customer service; * Ensure compliance with the store’s staff schedule; * Control and organize inventory according to established standards; * Monitor shrinkage and product expiration dates; * Ensure employee presentation (uniform and ID badge). #### **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Prior experience as a Store Leader or Store Supervisor. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * ➕ Ben-Up (subscription-based benefits platform) * Family Benefit (monthly amount available for purchases at our stores) * Dental plan * Life insurance * PLR — Profit Sharing Program based on results. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating 6 days on / 1 day off schedule; * Morning or afternoon shift.
