Job Summary: A Quality professional responsible for ensuring achievement of departmental goals, implementing and maintaining the quality management system, and guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards and legislation. Safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Ensure achievement of Quality department goals aligned with DHL Supply Chain’s operational requirements and those of its customers. Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance with the current Quality Management System (QMS) within DHL Supply Chain. Execute activities related to implementation and maintenance of the quality policy, objectives, and QMS. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Quality Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields; experience in Quality-related activities and knowledge of Quality Management Systems; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, ISO standards, and other relevant requirements. \- Manage CAPA processes: initiation, review, investigation, action plan development, and follow-up with respective departments. 2\. Administer the calibration program within the Quality Management System (QMS). 3\. Participate in internal, external, regulatory, normative, and corporate audits. 4\. Coordinate the 5S Program and self-inspections, ensuring execution and follow-up of action plans. 5\. Develop and conduct quality briefings for teams. 6\. Monitor and control outsourced services (cleaning, pest control, water tank hygiene). \- Manage Quality Notifications (QN): registration, investigation, evaluation, action plan development, and closure. 7\. Prepare presentations for management review and critical analysis meetings. 8\. Provide support to internal departments, supervision, and management. \- Maintain contact with service providers as needed. 9\.
