Perform water meter readings using data collection equipment; issue and deliver water consumption bills based on customer registration data, various informational materials, and direct mailings; conduct field surveys outdoors and enter registration data; verify and update customer records on-site via system or manually issued service orders; perform readjustments (review of readings and on-site conditions); monitor high-consumption cases and irregularities; standardize water connections, installations, and removals of residential water meters; perform saddle-cut operations (water supply interruption and sealing); reconnect after saddle-cut operations and carry out new connections; conduct inspection activities, identify and specify types and quantities of materials required for services, and arrange material withdrawals from the warehouse; collect outstanding payments in person at active connections; intervene in water distribution networks and branch lines, handling manual tools and appropriate equipment (shovels, spades, trenchers, asphalt cutters, soil compactors, drain snakes, etc.); complete service orders, water meter replacement forms, return stickers, verification reports, and photo documentation grids; report performed activities according to client criteria; provide customers with accurate and courteous information; use company vehicles only when legally licensed and with prior authorization from management; maintain and preserve machinery, equipment (data collectors, printers, etc.), tools, instruments, consumables required for job execution, uniforms, and workplace; complete checklists, prepare daily service reports, record service-related incidents, and report observed field irregularities by completing designated documentation; comply with and promote the Group Iguá Integrity and Conduct Policy, as well as the Third-Party Hiring Policy and all other Group Iguá policies; adhere to safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) according to operational activities and associated risks; perform duties corresponding to the Commercial sector. 2512170202551758568
