




Job Summary: This apprenticeship program provides support to the fleet team by managing purchase requests, goods, invoices, fleet maintenance control and parts inventory, and updating systems. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to the fleet team 2. Management of purchase requests, goods, and invoices 3. Control and updating of fleet maintenance schedules and inventory **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Apprentice Program **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Assist the fleet team in daily activities; * Create purchase requests in the system for parts, services, and rentals; * Receive and inspect goods according to purchase orders and invoices; * Enter invoices into the system; * Monitor fleet maintenance schedules; * Attach daily maintenance reports to equipment folders, following quality policy; * Maintain and update the fleet ohmmeter records in the system; * Manage parts inventory. * Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Basic computer skills preferred; Currently enrolled in high school preferred **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Dental care assistance, Life insurance
