Preventive maintenance of equipment Description: Main Responsibilities * Operate painting machines according to established guidelines, standardized work procedures, technical specifications, and production sequence as per Work Orders, ensuring the quality of painted profiles; * Possess knowledge and take appropriate corrective actions regarding equipment alarms, considering overall impact—for example, prolonged line stoppage (e.g., opening oven door or shutting down bath); * Understand profile typologies and their visible sides; * Maintain equipment regularly by replacing nozzles and pump hi\-cot components; * Respond appropriately to the sector's specific needs; * Perform cleaning according to colors to be painted (quick or complete); * Develop expertise in the painting process, including application on natural parts, touch-ups, and anodized materials (EACH MATERIAL TYPE HAS DIFFERENT FORMULAS); * Conduct perforation tests to ensure productivity and profile quality; * Perform cleaning and organization within the sector; * Clean ceilings and ovens; * Daily removal of fine powder from the process, followed by weighing and recording; * Install fixtures before oven entry and remove them after painting at oven exit; * Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure proper functioning; * Record line stoppages. Schedule \- 2 openings: shifts from 07:00 to 16:48 and from 16:48 to 02:01 Work Location: Mirassol City, SP, Supply Department General Requirements * Elementary education * Agility, attention, and responsibility * Availability to work rotating shifts * Experience with Electrostatic Painting. Salary Range: * R$2760,18 \+ benefits \- meal allowance R$ 400.00, health plan (company covers 50% of Unimed or HB), Bradesco dental plan \+ overtime pay (night shift workers receive additional night shift allowance).
