




Develop competencies in sales management, team leadership, and store operations by supporting network units during vacation periods, absences, or operational reinforcements. The incumbent will play a strategic role in maintaining sales performance and ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in the training program focused on developing sales management, store operations, and team leadership competencies. * Monitor commercial KPIs, targets, customer service processes, and store operational routines. * Support network units during consultants’ or managers’ vacations or absences, ensuring continuity of operations. * Perform operational substitutions, acting both as a sales consultant and as a store manager, as required. * Support the implementation of campaigns, promotional activities, and strategic directives from headquarters. * Ensure execution of service standards, store layout, product presentation, and internal processes. * Contribute to team development by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending best practices. * Prepare follow-up reports on performed substitutions and on the performance of supported units. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sales, preferably in retail. * Experience in support, commercial leadership, or supervision roles is desirable. * Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and KPI analysis skills. * Leadership profile under development, with a results-oriented mindset and decision-making ability. * **Full availability for travel**, intercity relocation, and temporary assignment across different network units. * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Management, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is desirable). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Flexibility and adaptability to diverse store environments. * Goal orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to learn quickly and apply training content practically. * Team spirit and collaborative attitude.
