Manage the team of electricians and other employees, guiding them on work methods and applicable legislation to uphold company standards and operational best practices. Plan and control field operations, defining schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution to ensure achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and service quality metrics using tools such as Power BI (a data analysis and visualization tool), ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer satisfaction requirements. Implement corrective and preventive actions based on operational data analysis and non-conformities to maintain service efficiency and excellence. Prepare and review managerial reports, collecting data and proposing improvements to optimize processes, support strategic decision-making, and enhance results.
