With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, distributed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative support for cattle procurement operations. * Assist in scheduling and organizing shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines. * Update spreadsheets and internal systems with procurement, weighing, and documentation information. * Contact suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to align information. * Verify documents (GTA, invoices, contracts, registrations). * Support the Procurement team in managing payments, requests, and reports. * Monitor departmental KPIs and assist in preparing data for decision-making. * Help maintain an organized administrative workflow aligned with company standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; technical or technological training in administrative, agribusiness, or related fields is preferred. * Prior experience in administrative routines (preferably within agribusiness or procurement). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Strong communication skills, data handling ability, and organizational aptitude. * Availability to work in a dynamic environment involving direct interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
