




**Responsibilities** * Coordinate operational and analytical routines of the microbiology laboratory; * Ensure compliance with NBR ISO/IEC 17025, Normative Instruction No. 161/2022, and applicable microbiological standards references for Food and Environmental Analyses; * Supervise the execution of microbiological analyses on products, raw materials, water, and environment; * Ensure correct application of microbiological techniques, including culture, pathogen detection and quantification, and proper use of laboratory equipment; * Monitor and interpret results, ensuring their traceability and reliability; * Develop, review, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical reports; * Plan and monitor performance indicators, equipment calibrations, and qualifications; * Conduct investigations of deviations, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Support internal and external audits (ANVISA, MAPA, certification bodies). **Requirements** * Degree in Microbiology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields; * Proven experience in microbiological laboratories, with mastery of NBR ISO/IEC 17025 and IN No. 161/2022 requirements; * Solid knowledge of microbiological standards for food and environment; * Practical experience in microbiological analyses, result interpretation, and analytical quality management; * Familiarity with classical and instrumental microbiological techniques (culture, pathogen detection, microorganism counting, among others); * Experience in team leadership and technical training; **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 31.00 per working day * Transportation voucher. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM with a 2-hour meal break, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
