





Description: Main responsibilities * Open and promote job vacancies through different channels (websites, social media, internal bulletin boards, etc.); * Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and managers; * Conduct individual and/or group interviews for operational, administrative, and technical positions; * Administer tests and assessments according to the job profile; * Register and update candidate information in internal systems; * Support onboarding of new employees and the admission process; * Maintain constant communication with leadership to ensure alignment of job profiles and a positive candidate experience; * Support employer branding initiatives (promotion of employer brand, events, job fairs, etc.). Working hours \- 08:00 to 18:00 with a 1\-hour lunch break Work location: Cidade Mirassol SP, Human Resources department Common requirements * Education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields; * Experience: Recruitment and selection with high volume; * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook); * Online recruitment tools; * Interview techniques and behavioral profile assessment.
