Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to generate transformation! * Perform water meter readings using data collection equipment; issue and deliver water consumption bills based on customer registration data, informational materials, and direct mailings; * Conduct field surveys outdoors; register, verify, and update customer records in the field via system or manual service order; perform handover activities (reviewing readings and field conditions); conduct inspections for high consumption and irregularities; * Standardize connections, installations, and removals of water meters for residential connections; perform saddle cut-offs (water supply interruption and sealing), reconnections after saddle cut-offs, and new connections; carry out inspection services; identify and specify types and quantities of materials required for each service; and arrange material withdrawal from the warehouse; * Conduct in-person collections for outstanding payments at active connections; * Perform interventions on water distribution networks and branch lines, handling manual tools and appropriate equipment for the task (shovel, spade, trencher, asphalt cutter, soil compactor, drain rods, etc.); * Complete service orders, water meter replacement forms, return labels, verification reports, and photo documentation tables; report performed activities according to client criteria; * Provide accurate and courteous information to customers; use company vehicles only when legally licensed and with prior authorization from management; * Ensure proper conservation and maintenance of machinery, equipment (data collectors, printers, etc.), tools, instruments, consumables for service execution, uniforms, and workplace; * Complete checklists; prepare daily service reports; record service incidents; and report field-observed irregularities by completing designated documentation; * Comply with and promote the Iguá Group’s Integrity and Conduct Policy, as well as the Third-Party Hiring Policy and all other Iguá Group policies; comply with safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) according to operational activities and associated risks; perform tasks corresponding to the Commercial sector. 2512120202501915771
