Description Work in the area with diverse control and organization responsibilities, handling tasks related to goods receipt, verification, stock replenishment, and inventory of merchandise; ensuring the organization and maintenance of the environment; contributing to achieving Luiza Barcelos’ goals; and performing other related and inherent duties of the position. \* * Receive, when requested, delivery personnel from transportation companies, accepting goods, verifying content and quantity of packages according to specifications on the Invoice, and immediately informing store management whenever discrepancies are identified between received products/quantities and those stated on the Invoice. \* \* * Store received products after verifying quantities and models specified on the Invoice, placing them in pre-established locations to ensure departmental organization and ease of subsequent retrieval. \* * Request the administrative department to update the store’s inventory information by entering received products into the computerized system, in accordance with the details stated on the Invoice. \* * Respond promptly to sales associates’ requests by locating and providing requested items from stock. \* * Participate in periodic physical inventory counts to determine quantities per item reference, color, and size, thereby establishing the total number of available pieces in stock. \* * Collect the store’s mail from designated locations within each shopping center. \* * Assist, when necessary, in opening or closing the store to facilitate staff entry and exit at the start or end of work activities. \* * Label handbags, accessories, and footwear upon price re-tagging, as requested, to ensure correct product pricing. \* * Arrange, as requested, product transfers and returns, assisting in issuing corresponding Invoices and in packaging and verifying items for dispatch via courier pouch. \* * Send defective products to the factory, recording incidents in the repair logbook and spreadsheet, tracking return deadlines, and informing customers of the resolution provided. \* * Monitor inventory levels of leather and footwear accessories, requesting replenishment from store administration when needed to maintain an appropriate product mix for customer comfort. \* * Assist, when necessary, in cleaning store premises—including vacuuming carpets, sweeping, maintaining clean floors, shelves, glass surfaces, and other areas—to ensure hygiene, environmental organization, and a positive store appearance. \* * Comply with company-established safety regulations; if Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is assigned for this position, use and maintain it properly. \* * Support maintaining a courteous and respectful atmosphere among colleagues. \* * Contribute to preserving and enhancing Luiza Barcelos’ institutional image. \* * Ensure proper use and maintenance of company materials and equipment entrusted to the employee due to their position. \* * Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. \* * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of area machinery and materials. \* * Attend internal training sessions to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned department. \* * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence guidelines. \* * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by superiors.
