Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and technology-passionate PROMOTER SUPERVISOR to lead sales teams with excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and guide the promoter team at points of sale 2. Ensure achievement of sales and productivity targets 3. Conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and offer technical support to promoters Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — 100% in-person We are looking for a PROMOTER SUPERVISOR who is organized, proactive, passionate about technology, and ready to lead sales teams with excellence! Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the promoter team at points of sale; Ensure achievement of sales, productivity, and team attendance targets; Monitor product and promotional material placement at points of sale; Conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and offer technical support to promoters; Track performance indicators and report results to coordination; Work in the field to ensure execution of the brand’s commercial strategies. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree — MANDATORY Own vehicle for visiting points of sale — MANDATORY Previous experience as a promoter supervisor or team leader. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, leadership mindset, and results orientation; Immediate availability and willingness to work in the field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with major retail chains; Technical knowledge of electronic products such as TVs, mobile phones, and computers; Experience with sales reports and performance indicators.
