We currently have an opening for **Group Class Instructor**. Our Recruitment and Selection team is dedicated to delivering the best possible candidate experience. Responsibilities and Duties: Deliver group classes with technical proficiency, energy, and safety, promoting engagement, motivation, results, and a positive experience aligned with Mr. Move’s culture. Teach scheduled group classes (functional training, abdominal workouts, GAP, jump, step, stretching, relaxation, etc.); Plan dynamic, safe, and student-profile-appropriate classes; Ensure correct execution of movements and injury prevention; Encourage student participation, attendance, and engagement; Create a motivating, inclusive, and welcoming environment; Organize materials and equipment before and after classes; Adhere to class schedules, rosters, and duration; Support internal initiatives promoting group classes; Collaborate closely with technical, sales, and reception teams; Represent the Mr. Move brand with professionalism and positive energy.
