Job Summary: A creative and strategic marketing professional responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to achieve company goals. Create content for various communication channels Description: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Advertising and Public Relations or related fields), or currently in the final year of study; * Minimum 2 years of experience executing the responsibilities/activities described above; * Proficiency in tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw; * Video editing (Adobe Premiere, etc.) and audio editing; * Strong ability to create written content (social media captions, SMS, scripts, radio scripts, video tapes, mobile loudspeaker announcements, social media posts, etc.); * Preparing files for print shops; * Compiling radio, TV, and mobile loudspeaker media plans; * Knowledge of materials used in printed materials; * Skills in video, image, and photography capture; * Ability to produce content for various channels (TV/social media, radio, mobile loudspeaker, indoor radio and TV); * Interest in fashion; \- Proactivity; * Sense of urgency; * Aesthetic sense; * Availability; * Valid driver's license class B; Participate in developing strategies and tactics to promote the company and drive qualified traffic; Implement successful marketing campaigns from conception through execution; \- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels: content creation, content curation, event planning and execution, advertising, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and more; Research and analyze valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts the target audience; Be accountable for campaign budgets; Measure and report campaign performance, derive insights, and evaluate goals. 251105020223173468
