This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop their sales skills in a continuously learning and challenging environment. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, structure, and coordinate the pre-sales team, ensuring the generation of qualified opportunities for the sales team. * Define processes, KPIs, and strategies that ensure efficiency, alignment with marketing, and enhancement of the company's sales performance. * Serve as the strategic link between marketing and sales, leading the pre-sales team to transform contacts into real business opportunities. * Inspire, develop, and guide the team to deliver consistent results, connecting commercial intelligence with human relationships, always focusing on sustainable growth and value creation for customers and the company. * The Pre-Sales Coordinator is responsible for leading, structuring, and ensuring the performance of the SDR (Sales Development Representative) team, guaranteeing that the lead qualification process is executed with excellence and generates real business opportunities for the sales team. * This professional directly manages the pre-sales team, monitors KPIs, drives continuous process improvement, and ensures strategic alignment between marketing and sales.
