Job Summary: Technology internship to assist in projects, provide internal support, and maintain equipment, with a focus on software installation and updates. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for Computer Science and IT students **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6 hours per day **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship * Assist in activities defined in technology projects and initiatives relevant to your area of operation; * Provide internal support; * Package and dispatch equipment for external maintenance; * Clean scanners, point-of-sale card readers, and cash register printers; * Install, reinstall, and update software components and updates. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Comfort working with systems; * Proactivity and initiative. **Education:** Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from the 2nd semester onward in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of computer and IT device maintenance; * Technical support experience for end users (hardware and software); * Basic knowledge of environment virtualization; * Academic or practical experience with infrastructure, networks, or servers. **Benefits:** Gym allowance, Internal benefits, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
