Key responsibilities include: active customer prospecting; customer service across the company’s existing sales channels, including telesales; negotiations; post-sales follow-up; verification of vehicle manufacturer catalogs; preparation of quotations via spreadsheet and PDF; marketplace sales (e.g., Mercado Livre); support for strategic procurement; freight quotation and contracting; and reverse logistics. The professional will ensure high-quality service aligned with customer expectations, contributing to excellence in relationship management and customer satisfaction. ### **Prerequisites** Proactivity, active prospecting, sense of urgency. Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
