The same infrastructure that already processes millions in corporate travel now ensures greater savings, security, and a complete experience for employees traveling for leisure. **Our values are applied daily and make a difference in our results.** If you believe growth drives momentum, the customer must be at the center, technology and simplicity work, focus combined with collaboration and courage challenges the obvious; Join us to become an **ONHAPPY**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter. * Build responsive interfaces aligned with the Design System. * Integrate applications with APIs and external services. * Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and version control. * Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to evolve solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with Flutter and the Dart language. * Experience building complex and responsive interfaces. * Practical experience with state management (BLoC, MobX, or similar). * Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns. * Experience with Dependency Injection (DI) and Inversion of Control (IoC). * Ability to write clean, organized, and well-documented code. * Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON manipulation. * Experience with local databases (Hive, Isar, Drift, SQLite). * Knowledge of Firebase and push notifications. * Experience with unit testing. * Proficiency in Git and associated workflows (Git Flow, Pull Requests). **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite, remainder remote); * Flexible working hours; * Meal allowance via flexible card: R$40 (no 6% deduction); * Transportation allowance via flexible card (no 6% deduction); * Unimed health plan, with no co-payment and no monthly fee for Onflyers (fully covered by us :D); * Dental plan (monthly fee discount); * Pharmacy discount; * Online psychotherapy benefit (Vittude); * Gym benefits!
