Responsibilities: * Technically lead the development team, ensuring best practices in architecture and code quality. * Define and validate technical and architectural decisions aligned with business needs. * Participate in the design and implementation of backend solutions using .NET (C#) and Node.js. * Conduct code reviews and mentor developers, promoting the team’s technical growth. * Ensure high-quality and secure CI/CD pipeline implementation. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating with the Product Owner and other stakeholders. * Monitor and optimize application and service performance. * Support resolution of critical issues and production incidents. * Lead integration practices among microservices and messaging systems (queues and topics). Minimum Requirements Requirements: * Solid backend development experience with .NET (C#) and Node.js. * Advanced knowledge of software architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). * Experience with microservices, synchronous/asynchronous communication, and messaging. * Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). * Experience with Azure DevOps (project management, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates). * Practical knowledge of Docker, Git, and cloud environments (preferably Azure). * Proven experience as a Technical Leader, with strong communication, decision-making, and mentoring skills. * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and proactivity. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of SAP. * Certifications in Azure, Software Architecture, or Scrum. * Experience with code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube. * Experience in high-availability and scalable environments.
