If you are a person with disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story!* **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * External customer service (phone and email) * Strong interpersonal skills, as you will interact with the entire team * Prompt response capability * Proactivity in problem resolution * Strong written communication skills for external and internal customer correspondence * Report verification * Data reconciliation using Excel tools * Relationship management with internal and external customers * Monitoring and control of documentation delivery schedules * Control and organization of performed activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and final product quality * Other duties relevant to the department **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred) * Experience in Human Resources (HR routines, knowledge of labor documents—basic understanding of payroll, time cards, FGTS, INSS, and administrative routines) (preferred) * Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) * Flexible working hours * Residency in Belo Horizonte (BH) or metropolitan area LOCAL DE TRABALHO: BELO HORIZONTE \- MG
