### **ABOUT US** SplitC is a company specialized in automating commission/variable compensation calculations. Our purpose is to help organizations eliminate the complexity of commissions, bonuses, and incentives by replacing manual spreadsheets with an agile, accurate, and traceable process. We combine technical expertise and market experience to deliver a robust and flexible platform used by companies seeking greater efficiency, transparency, and security in variable compensation (VC) management. Today, we process millions in variable compensation every month, driving team performance and fostering trust across departments such as sales, operations, HR, and finance. ### **The Problem** We know calculating and distributing variable compensation is extremely labor-intensive—especially as your company scales. We were founded to solve your end-to-end problem: automating your complex calculations, distributing the results, and helping deposit funds into your company’s partners’ accounts. ### **Our Customers Are Our Partners** We believe in collaboration. We strive to understand our customers’ purposes and goals to build products that solve the real challenges hindering their growth. ### **Our Team** We are young entrepreneurs aiming to innovate and create the best solutions for our customers. We have a team with deep technical expertise. **Fullstack Developer** --------------------------- ### **What We Expect From You** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field—or currently pursuing one. * Experience with Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend (including API consumption, hooks, state management, routing, etc.). * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, coding best practices, testing (unit/integration), and version control (Git). * Ability to design/implement RESTful APIs integrated with relational or NoSQL databases. * Familiarity with—or willingness to work with—modern deployment tools, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams—asking questions, proposing improvements, and writing clear documentation. * Collaborative mindset, eager to learn, propose, and implement technical improvements. * Preferably, experience or interest in systems handling high-volume data, complex business rules, and integrations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain critical platform features for SplitC—both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js). * Contribute to system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. * Collaborate closely with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. * Write high-quality code with appropriate test coverage and thorough code reviews. * Monitor, identify, and resolve system bugs and bottlenecks—including performance issues, data integration problems, or usability concerns. * Integrate the platform with diverse data sources, ERPs, CRMs, or other external systems (as SplitC supports numerous integrations). * Participate in defining and continuously improving development processes (CI/CD, pipelines, deployments, architectural reviews, etc.). * Act as an innovation agent: propose new technologies, practices, and solutions to increase platform and engineering team efficiency. ### **Your Role on the Team** You’ll join SplitC’s engineering team, building the solution that automates variable compensation calculations for large enterprises. As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll serve as the bridge between frontend and backend, owning end-to-end feature delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to ensure the platform delivers real value (agility, transparency, reliability) to SplitC’s customers. You’re expected to contribute both technically—through code—and strategically—in architectural decisions and continuous improvements. You’ll grow alongside the company: SplitC is a fast-growing startup facing challenges around scaling, data integration, automation of complex processes, and delivering tangible value. In short: you’re the kind of person who transforms requirements into well-written code, considers both usability and business impact, and thrives at the intersection of “solving a real customer problem” and “writing clean, scalable code.” ### **What We Value:** ️ Good solutions > perfect solutions—favoring rapid execution; Technical expertise and fast learning; Self-accountability; Collaborative mindset (teamwork, co-creation, continuous improvement); ### **What We Offer:** PJ (individual contractor); Health and dental insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Remote work and flexible hours; Opportunity to join a company at its early stage—with an exciting growth trajectory; ️ Transparency in company finances: weekly sharing of results with everyone!
