Lead teams, communicate clearly, and act ethically and proactively. **JOB SUMMARY** Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental (SSMA) activities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, promoting safe and sustainable practices, and supporting management in implementing programs and indicators. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate implementation of SSMA programs (PCMSO, PGR, PPRA, etc.). * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NRs) and environmental legislation. * Supervise technical teams and support mandatory training. * Monitor SSMA indicators (accident rate, absenteeism, costs). * Support incident investigations and propose corrective actions. * Manage processes for delivery and control of PPE. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Prepare periodic reports for management and executive leadership. **REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * Legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs): In-depth knowledge of applicable NRs (NR\-5, NR\-6, NR\-7, NR\-9, NR\-35, among others). * Management of Legal Programs: PCMSO, PGR, PPRA, LTCAT, and other mandatory programs. * Audits and Inspections: Ability to conduct internal audits and accompany external audits. * Indicator Management: Monitoring and analysis of SSMA indicators (accident rate, absenteeism, costs). * PPE Control: Management of PPE distribution, return, validity, and documentation for labor proceedings. * Incident Investigation: Techniques for root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. * Management Tools: Proficiency in computerized SSMA systems and Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint). * Environmental Management: Knowledge of waste, emissions, and sustainable practices. **REQUIRED BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Leadership: Ability to coordinate teams and influence safe practices. * Clear Communication: Skill in conveying technical information in an accessible manner. * Proactivity: Anticipate risks and propose preventive solutions. * Organization: Manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines. * Decision-Making: Agility in making decisions under critical situations. * Interpersonal Relationships: Build partnerships with internal and external departments. * Resilience: Maintain focus and composure amid challenges and pressure. * Results Orientation: Ensure achievement of goals and targets. * Ethics and Compliance: Act with integrity and respect for regulations.
