What will be your challenges: * Provide personalized, on-site service at the client's units; * Monitor the client’s pre-analytical routine, from patient reception to sample packaging and shipment to DB; * Identify opportunities for improvement and provide exclusive support on pre-analytical issues; * Prepare reports and monitor client indicators with a focus on continuous improvement; * Identify aspects that may enhance client management, developing adaptation strategies, satisfaction, and retention; * Conduct training for clients to improve pre-analytical processes according to DB’s technical standards. What you need to have: * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine and/or Biological Sciences; * Qualification and experience in clinical analysis with focus on the pre-analytical phase; * Active registration with the relevant professional council; * Availability for travel and driver’s license category B*. Preferred qualification: * Reside in Belo Horizonte or nearby regions.
