Only education transforms! **As an FIC Coordinator – Fixed-Term Position, your responsibilities will include:** * Planning the annual course offerings in partnership with the School Principal; * Planning and implementing promotion strategies for offered courses; * Conducting training for hired teachers; * Monitoring teachers’ course planning; * Observing classes and providing feedback to teachers on their teaching; * Providing student support services; * Monitoring student class attendance and implementing proactive outreach strategies where necessary; * Analyzing course outcomes (pass rates, failure rates, and dropout rates) and student evaluations of courses. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM\. **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or other teaching licensure programs; Postgraduate degree in education, school administration, or related fields; Experience in managing professional/vocational, technical, higher education, or short-term courses. **And here’s what we offer—great benefits:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* **All selection process stages are conducted on our platform.
