**Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate **electrical teams** in installation, maintenance, and execution of electrical services. * Supervise and coordinate **loading and unloading assistants**, organizing the movement and transportation of materials, equipment, and tools in the field. * Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks according to project schedules. * Ensure compliance with technical, quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. * Conduct technical site visits for monitoring and performance evaluation. * Support team training and technical development. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, costs, deadlines). * Report service status to management and suggest process improvements. * Manage material resources, tools, and logistics required for task execution. **Requirements** * Technical degree in **Electrotechnics**, **Building Technology**, or related fields. * Experience in **construction team management**. * Courses in **electricity and photovoltaic systems** will be an advantage. * Knowledge of **photovoltaic power generation system installation** is a plus. * **Valid CNH driver's license category B** and driving experience. * **Willingness to travel.** **Benefits;** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$5\.120,00 per month
