Check if this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** As a Projects and Construction Engineer III, you will be responsible for developing and managing engineering activities and infrastructure projects in transmission, generation, or power distribution across their various phases, from conception to final delivery. Your main responsibilities will include: * Lead the development of large-scale engineering projects, acting from conception to project delivery. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the interface between technical teams, procurement, legal, and senior management. * Analyze and validate technical scopes, terms of reference, budgets, and descriptive memorandums. * Critically analyze contracts, amendments, and contractor claims, proposing strategic solutions. * Represent the company in meetings with clients, investors, regulatory agencies, and technical audits. * Ensure performance, sustainability, and safety targets are met for all projects under your management. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Experience in project management, contract negotiation, and supplier contracting. * Experience in bidding processes and coordination of assembly and maintenance of transmission lines and substations. * Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and the Office suite. * Completion of NR 10 Basic, NR 10 Complementary, NR 10 Refresher, and Defensive Driving courses (when applicable). * Availability for travel. * Active CREA: Registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA) in good standing. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering. Preference for Electrical Engineering. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in engineering activities, such as project management and preparation of technical reports, feasibility studies, and budgeting for generation, transmission, or distribution projects. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Project Management. * Knowledge of tools such as Forcast. * Experience in the electrical field, preferably with high voltage. **Additional information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
