Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** *Perform commercial area activities, including preparing reports and analyzing managerial commercial data, evaluating internal systems, consolidating budgets, observing and considering ANEEL resolutions, and conducting feasibility studies.* * Extract, process, and analyze commercial data via SQL queries and managerial reports; develop monitoring dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making. * Build and update monitoring dashboards for key commercial KPIs, especially PECLD, Pending, IU12M, TOI, and Billing. * Participate in defining and negotiating commercial management KPI targets, ensuring alignment between planning and execution. * Analyze, monitor, break down, and consolidate commercial performance indicators, preparing analytical and managerial reports with critical insights and improvement recommendations. * Analyze results of commercial and collection processes, identifying variations and root causes impacting revenue recovery. * Support accounts receivable portfolio management by monitoring delinquency rates, agreements, renegotiations, and cut/recut efficiency. * Support coordination in developing action plans, collection simulations, and forecasts, contributing to achieving corporate targets. * Ensure integrity and quality of commercial databases, supporting audits and indicator reviews with technical support and billing departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering; Data Science; Business Administration; Production Engineering; or Accounting, preferably; * Technical English (desirable); ***Skills:*** * Power BI – creation of reports, dashboards, and interactive analyses. * SQL – writing queries and extracting data. * Data analysis – interpreting trends, correlations, and identifying operational deviations. * Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Basic knowledge of the electricity consumer market (a plus). ***Desirable Courses:*** * SQL; * Power BI; * Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
