Organize and sanitize food items, utensils, and work surfaces. Verify ingredient quality, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper storage conditions. Monitor preparation time and maintain visual and gustatory quality of dishes. Assist in preparing replenishment orders for ingredients and kitchen supplies. Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of kitchen equipment and utensils. Comply with food safety regulations and good food handling practices (ANVISA).
