Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and proactively, assist in clarifying doubts, and provide product information—including dosage, usage, and possible side effects. * Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions regarding medication use. * Sales and Sales Recording: Conduct over-the-counter product sales and accurately record transactions. Process payments via cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by the pharmacy. * Inventory Management: Regularly inspect medication and product stock levels, replenish items as needed, and ensure products remain within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available pharmacy products—including their features, benefits, and potential drug interactions. * Telephone Support: Professionally answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. * Organization: Maintain an organized customer service area and shelves. Ensure hazardous products are stored appropriately and in accordance with safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is desirable. * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
