Description: Apply quickly by email: Responsibilities and desired experience: PREREQUISITES AND ACTIVITIES * Bachelor’s degree completed in related fields such as Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or similar; * Proven experience in operations management within logistics or transportation companies; * Strong knowledge of performance indicators and management tools (Ishikawa, PDCA, SWOT, 5W2H, and others); * Technical knowledge of equipment used at the facility, including trucks, light vehicles, and forklifts; * Experience in leadership, team development, and process management; * Availability for full-time on-site work in Rio Branco/Acre; * Profile characterized by strong communication skills, management capability, analytical mindset, results orientation, ethical conduct, proactivity, problem-solving ability, and commitment to regulations and procedures; * Oversee all activities related to unit operations management; * Monitor KPIs and propose improvements using management tools; * Actively lead the team, ensuring operational compliance with targets and legal/operational requirements; * Manage revenues, costs, KPIs, and documentation related to operations management; * Develop and ensure suppliers compatible with company and customer needs, among other duties inherent to the position.
