




Job Description: * The Area Manager will be responsible for supervising, developing, and motivating the RCA team, ensuring achievement of established goals and implementation of effective strategies to maximize results. Key responsibilities include: + Supervise and guide the RCA team, providing instruction and monitoring individual and collective performance. + Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing the market and identifying growth opportunities. + Participate in setting sales targets and objectives, monitoring results, and adjusting strategies as needed. + Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales progress, share feedback, and align actions. + Maintain close relationships with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring satisfaction with offered products and services. + Prepare performance reports and present results to senior management, highlighting key metrics and proposing improvements. + Collaborate with other company departments—such as merchandising, logistics, and administration—to ensure strategic integration and achievement of overall objectives. + Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ practices, adapting sales strategies accordingly. Requirements: * Prior experience in team leadership roles * Knowledge of process and people management * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Willingness to travel
