This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Pedagogical) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, education courses, or development activities. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
