THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Pedagogical)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Delivers lectures on theoretical and practical knowledge within the scope of the position’s specialty, in accordance with the institution’s educational pillars, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** Proof of the requirements below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in training, education courses, or development activities.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):**

**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
