Key Responsibilities * **Technical Support:** Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications. * **Help Desk \& Ticketing:** Respond to support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems and track issues through resolution. * **System Maintenance:** Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and hardware. * **User Account Management:** Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords (often in systems like Active Directory). * **Network Troubleshooting:** Assist with connectivity issues involving LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi\-Fi. * **Documentation:** Record problems, solutions, and IT procedures for future reference. * **Security Support:** Apply patches, monitor for threats, and educate users on cybersecurity best practices.
