It is a training program in which the trainee will practically and guidedly experience all strategic, commercial, operational, and leadership responsibilities that comprise the role of a Branch Manager. During the development period, the selected candidate will directly support daily branch operations, build relationships with members and the community, develop business, manage risk, strengthen cooperative culture, and support team development.
