Team development and training Compensation: R$5\.000,00 per month Job Description: Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Juazeiro do Norte/CE Schedule: 6x1 (one fixed weekly day off + one Sunday per month) About the Position We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with practical leadership skills and consistent presence on the floor, focused on operations, sales, service standards, and profitability. This person will be responsible for ensuring a consistent customer experience and well-organized daily operations, acting as the “shift owner.” Applicants from any region of Brazil are welcome. Key Responsibilities Lead the front-of-house/service team, ensuring proper conduct, service standards, and a positive work environment; Organize and oversee daily routines: opening, peak hours, closing, scheduling, and checklists; Ensure achievement of commercial targets (sales, reservations, events, and upselling); Coordinate between front-of-house, kitchen, and bar to minimize operational errors and rework; Monitor performance indicators and take prompt corrective action when deviations occur; Train, guide, and develop the team (servers, busboys, cashiers, and receptionists); Resolve daily operational issues promptly and independently. What We Expect in Practice Standardized and consistently applied opening, peak-hour, and closing routines; Weekly organized scheduling and timekeeping; Clearly defined and consistently practiced service standards across the team; Brief alignment meetings with the team; Weekly reports summarizing results, issues, and action plans; Structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day action plans. Monitoring of role-specific performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; Proven experience leading restaurant front-of-house teams; Hands-on operational experience (not purely administrative); Flexible availability. Work Hours Morning: Store opening from 11 AM to 2 PM (lunch peak hours); Afternoon: Free time; Evening: Return for closing from 6 PM to 11 PM (kitchen remains open until 11:30 PM).
