Selection process involving curriculum review and assessments **JOB DESCRIPTION** Unama Rio Branco, located at Floresta, 2320, Rooms 0114 A/25, Via Verde Shopping, Floresta Sul, Rio Branco \- AC, hereby announces to all interested parties that applications are open for its selection process aimed at filling faculty positions. **Requirements:** Candidates must possess: A bachelor's degree in higher education; and a doctoral, master's, or specialist degree. **Programs:** The following programs are available for faculty selection: * LAW * NURSING * PHARMACY * PSYCHOLOGY * DENTISTRY **Selection Process:** Evaluation of the Lattes Curriculum will be eliminatory, considering: a) Academic background; b) Scientific, technological, artistic, or cultural production; c) Professional updating; d) Teaching experience. The selection process will further include: I) A written examination on a relevant topic related to the subject matter, comprising one question addressing general knowledge and two questions on specific knowledge; II) A pedagogical-didactic assessment consisting of a 20-minute expository lecture; for evaluation purposes, candidates will be informed in advance of the specific subject topics, which will be randomly selected from the official syllabus. The pedagogical-didactic examination and the interview will be classification-based. Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements established during the Lattes Curriculum evaluation will proceed to this phase, following the interview.
