Your role will include: Supporting credit portfolio prospecting; Driving team engagement; Monitoring branch performance, profitability, and operational efficiency; Identifying partnerships and new business opportunities; Ensuring operational excellence at the branch level; Conducting strategic visits with the team, implementing action plans aimed at sustaining and improving results and customer satisfaction.
