In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: Assist in preparing and cooking food (snacks and meals), following established procedures to ensure operational quality and efficiency in the Kitchen. Participate in the process of stocking and replenishing served foods. Monitor ingredient expiration dates and quality to prevent quality issues and maximize utilization. Support the receipt, storage, and organization of ingredients in refrigeration units or pantries. Be vigilant against all forms of waste, using resources rationally and consciously. Maintain the workplace (and other shared areas) organized, clean, and hygienic, in accordance with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards. **Requirements** -------------- At Marist institutions, we seek individuals who believe in the power of transformation through education.
