Job Summary:
Legal intern for customer service, case monitoring, drafting legal petitions, handling administrative proceedings, and conducting external fieldwork, with emphasis on organization and communication.

Provide in-person and online customer service via various digital channels; monitor case progress in the ESAJ, EPROC, PJE, PROJUDI, and SEEU systems; draft legal petition drafts (initial, interlocutory, and appellate); handle administrative proceedings before INSS (filing applications, meeting deadlines, and tracking progress). Conduct external fieldwork to accompany clients during payment receipt (at company expense); operate the ASTREA system (legal case management software); monitor judicial and administrative deadlines.

**Requirements: Minimum Education Level:**
Bachelor's Degree – Law – Currently enrolled (2nd to 5th semester).

**Experience and Qualifications:**
Organized, communicative, strong writing skills, ability to interpret written texts, proficient in computer use, currently enrolled in Law program (2nd to 5th semester).
