We are seeking a **Microfinance Advisor** passionate about contributing to local development and strengthening the popular economy. Responsibilities include promoting microfinance services, conducting on-site visits to entrepreneurial clients, participating in planning meetings, performing verification visits, collections, and portfolio monitoring. **We are AmazonCred, and our mission is “to transform lives through strengthening the popular economy, contributing to poverty reduction and sustainable development in the Legal Amazon.”** If you believe in the power of financial inclusion and wish to join a team that makes a difference, come with us to transform the Amazon! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospect new clients; * Conduct client service visits at business premises; * Promote the program through lectures, outreach activities, and partnerships; * Achieve institutional goals and targets; * Manage the client portfolio; * Conduct preventive and operational follow-up and collections; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of finance; * Basic computer skills; * Communicative profile; * Experience in sales and fieldwork. **Additional Information** **We offer the following benefits:** Our Story – AmazonCred On November 7, 2006, we—a group of regional visionaries—founded AmazonCred, a Civil Society Organization for Public Interest (OSCIP) dedicated to the human, socioeconomic, and cultural development of the Amazon.
