The primary focus will be ensuring each store achieves its targets, delivering continuous training to store managers, and guaranteeing all operations comply with company standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support store managers in the daily management of their stores. * Monitor sales performance and ensure each store meets its targets. * Deliver periodic training and development programs for store managers, promoting continuous team growth. * Ensure all stores adhere to the company's established standards for organization, cleanliness, and customer service. * Monitor inventory across all stores, ensuring appropriate product restocking and preventing stockouts. * Identify and propose operational improvements to optimize sales performance and customer experience. * Track individual store needs and intervene as necessary, offering practical and effective solutions. * Participate in corporate meetings and training sessions, staying updated on company policies and strategies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Store Supervisor or in leadership roles within retail. * Experience managing teams and leading store managers. * Ability to work with goals and results, with a performance-oriented focus. * Knowledge of sales techniques, inventory management, and customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams. * Adaptability and efficient problem-solving capabilities. * Flexibility to work varying hours, as required by the store channel. * Completed undergraduate degree
