About the Program: The program lasts up to two years, renewable every semester. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support job postings across various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, educational institutions, etc.); * Screen resumes according to job requirements; * Schedule interviews and support telephone, video, or in-person interviews alongside the HR team or leadership; * Assist in administering and grading technical and behavioral assessments; * Support the organization and updating of recruitment and selection performance reports (e.g., time-to-fill, number of interviews, etc.); * Maintain an updated talent database; * Participate in employer branding activities and talent attraction events (job fairs, lectures, technical visits); * Support onboarding processes, including document collection and integration of new employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (at any higher education institution accredited by the MEC); * Must be enrolled from the **4th semester onward**, and no more than one year away from graduation; * Must be available for **6 hours per day**, **Monday through Friday**. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Career development; * Mentoring; * Participation in projects; * Systemic business perspective; * Market-competitive stipend; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance. **Join the new generation of Energisa!** -------------------------------------------------- ### **Working with energy is a daily challenge.
