Candidates must hold up-to-date NR-10 and NR-35 certifications. **Become the protagonist of your own journey! ✨** **Job Mission:** * **Your responsibilities will include:** * Advising customers on the use of our services; * Performing repair services according to TCM quality standards; * Providing Level II technical support; * Diagnosing and resolving issues in external networks and cabling; * Providing on-site technical support to customers, with emphasis on quality and courtesy; * Installing and configuring Wi-Fi networks and additional access points (residential and commercial); * Corrective maintenance (reinstalling equipment and cabling when necessary); * Retrieving company-owned equipment; * Recording activities and performance reports; * Maintaining tools and company vehicles, and complying with safety regulations. * **We expect you to have:** * Intermediate knowledge of computer networks; * Wireless networks; * FTTH networks; * Familiarity with company policies; * Certifications: NR-10 and NR-35 — up to date; * Proactivity; * Problem-solving skills; * Teamwork skills. **Our Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Performance-based bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * TCM Plan. **Work Schedule:** * 44-hour weekly work schedule
