Involvement in projects, maintenance, and operation of electrical networks **Description:** High School Diploma Electrotechnology/Electromechanics 1 to 2 years performing electrical service activities, preferably in the Distribution area, or working as a technical-level intern. Advanced experience with GIS EO Experience with BDGD (Prodist Module 10\) Experience with MCPSE Study, perform, and monitor the performance of the electrical system; Analyze electrical projects for distribution networks and lines, and for buildings; Develop electrical projects for distribution networks and lines; Supervise and inspect distribution construction works carried out by internal staff or third parties; Inspect distribution networks and lines, identifying points requiring maintenance and coordinating scheduled, corrective, and emergency maintenance on distribution networks and lines; Monitor and manage technical and commercial teams to ensure compliance with commercial and technical operational customer service standards established by the company and sectoral regulatory and legislative bodies; Perform measurements on networks, lines, transformers, and equipment to comply with ANEEL guidelines and regional planning requirements; Inspect and monitor the performance of network, line, and substation equipment, providing support to line and network maintenance teams; Analyze alternatives to resolve issues affecting electrical system quality and continuity; Maintain communication with other company departments, per the interfunctional matrix; Improve service quality delivered to external and internal customers; Conduct selectivity and protection studies for the electrical system; Perform surveys of distribution lines, networks, and electrical distribution equipment; Complete spreadsheets for controlling inspection and maintenance processes of distribution networks and lines; Analyze processes for reimbursement of electrical damage, ensuring compliance with PRODIST; Perform duties at the Distribution Operations Center, addressing technical and commercial incidents; Negotiate budgets for third-party projects; CORPORATE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTORATE DCGP **Revision:** 01 **JOB AND CAREER DESCRIPTION MANUAL Date:** 15/05/2012 Page 2 of 3 Supervise third-party field teams, measuring services performed to issue invoices; Prepare project budgets; Technically close distribution construction works; Update project BUITs; Conduct medium-voltage customer inspections to assess power supply quality; Evaluate transient phenomena in the network (harmonics, voltage fluctuations, momentary voltage variations, imbalance).
