Our purpose is to promote quality of life through humane and ethical care, focused on the customer experience. **Join us in building this mission and become part of a team that cares for people.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support accounting and tax routines (entries, verifications, reconciliations, and interface with external accounting); * Enter and classify data into the accounting system; * Support information integration between systems (Benner Saúde and Benner ERP); * Organize and provide documents for audits and regulatory authorities; * Maintain up-to-date legal, corporate, and contractual documentation; * Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and ancillary obligations; * Support preparation of administrative, accounting, and management reports; * Interface with suppliers, accounting firms, legal firms, and external agencies; * Contribute to continuous process improvement and organization of physical and digital files. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Experience in accounting reconciliations, account analysis, and verification. * Knowledge of accounting routines, entries, closings, and balance control. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail, autonomy, and strong communication skills for interaction with involved departments. **Additional Information** **Why join our team?** We are a company committed to putting our culture and values into practice.
