Responsibilities * Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese cuisine dishes according to the company's recipes and techniques * Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils used in food preparation * Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes served to customers * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements * Proven experience as a Sushiman * Knowledge of sushi and sashimi preparation techniques * Ability to work in a team * Attention to detail and manual dexterity * Flexibility in working hours
