Job Summary:
A professional to plan, implement, and monitor a Continuous Improvement program, focused on Lean methodologies and acting as a cultural transformation agent.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, implement, and monitor the Continuous Improvement program across FASA Group units, focusing on methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and other Lean tools.
* Develop, structure, and standardize the continuous improvement program, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines while meeting deadlines and targets.
* Conduct periodic audits across units to assess adherence to implemented programs (5S, Kaizen, Lean routines).
* Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
* Map, analyze, and redesign processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
* Act as a cultural transformation agent, promoting the dissemination of Lean mindset and continuous improvement best practices throughout the organization.
* Collaborate closely with corporate and operational areas, supporting the implementation of improvements at production plants.
* Document processes, standardize procedures, prepare management reports, and present results to leadership.
**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Engineering, or related fields.
* Willingness to travel.
* Brazilian driver's license (Category B).
* Experience with quality management and continuous improvement tools — Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, Six Sigma — is a plus.
* Experience in managing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs).
* Knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
* Proficiency in continuous improvement and process analysis tools.
Salary: R$5.000,00 - R$6.500,00 per month
